Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in St. Louis St. Louis, Missouri. She performed in The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia conferred her with a BA (with honors) in Communications and Theatre. When she moved into Los Angeles Kelly quickly became active in theater, acting and choreographing over two dozen shows. The most notable of these was The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan in Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly started landing TV as well as film roles, while she was studying in improvisation and through The Groundlings. She also was a part of Theatre West. Her unique voice and petite stature has allowed her to play a variety of characters. Her name was well-known to the public for taking on the role of the evil Samara as Naomi Watts, in The Ring 2. But her most well-known role is as the bright and cheery receptionist in Two and a Half Men. Kelly worked as an TV Land Series Regular between 2011 and 2015, appearing as a paralegal in the daytime and a party girl at night. The show also featured her as an Regular in the role of the hot sassy Little Sister to Alyssa Milano in ABC's Romantically Challenged as well as the stressed out suburban mom on the The CW's No Tomorrow. Sopranos voices have been used in several cartoons such as Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Most recently she can be in the role of the slow but lovable Cloud 9 employee on NBC's popular comedy Superstore. She lives a quiet life that is quite quiet, with her two sons under the age of five. She is a lover of sewing and write and volunteers for various school functions.
